The Big Boy Steel Side Gate hangs its 20″ or 16.5″ round barrel and checkered walnut furniture on a matte-finished blued steel frame that’s drilled & tapped for optional scope mounts, and uses the same adjustable Western-style sights as the standard Big Boy, with the same sliding transfer bar “safety” system in its hammer. Most of the weight savings is due to the steel frame being lighter than a brass counterpart to begin with, and less steel in the thinner barrel walls than an octagon version. To make sure the steel Big Boy stays easy on the shoulder in any of its three calibers, the .357 Magnum/.38 Special, .44 Magnum/.44 Special, and .45 Colt; we use a black solid rubber recoil pad. For hands-free hiking up or down, it wears sling swivel studs; and we’ve also added a rifle-style fore-end cap instead of the usual carbine-type barrel band. For added versatility, we included a side loading gate and retained the removable tube magazine for easy top-offs, and quick, safe unloading. A perfect choice for the new straight-walled cartridge hunting laws in Ohio, Indiana, Southern Michigan, and those pending in other areas; with its subdued no-spook-em dark finish and easy-to-maneuver dimensions, we’ve got that brand new deer rifle you’ve been looking for right here.

Číslo výrobce: H012GC 619835200280 Big Boy Steel Side Gate se pyšní 20" nebo 16,5" kulatou hlavní a rýhovaným ořechovým dřevěným nábytkem na matně modřeném ocelovém rámu, který je připraven pro volitelné montáže puškohledů a používá stejná nastavitelná západní stylu mířidla jako standardní Big Boy, s týmž posuvným převodníkem 'bezpečnostního' systému v kladivku. Většina úspory hmotnosti je díky lehčímu ocelovému rámu ve srovnání s mosazným protějškem a menšímu množství oceli v tenčích stěnách hlavně než u osmihranné verze. Aby byl ocelový Big Boy příjemný na rameni ve všech třech rážích, .357 Magnum/.38 Special, .44 Magnum/.44 Special a .45 Colt; používáme černou pevnou gumovou záchytnou destičku. Pro nošení bez použití rukou při stoupání nebo klesání je vybaven úchyty na popruh; a také jsme přidali pažbičku ve stylu pušky místo obvyklé karabinové typu objímky hlavně. Pro zvýšenou univerzálnost jsme zahrnuli boční vkládací otvor a zachovali odnímatelný trubicový zásobník pro snadné doplňování a rychlé, bezpečné vykládání.
