Like all our Brownells Retro A1 barrels, the 10.3" model is machined from hardened 4150 steel, then MPI inspected to detect hidden flaws (so we can pull it from the supply chain BEFORE it leaves the factory) and given a hard black phosphate finish. It’s chambered for the modern 5.56 NATO cartridge, with speedy 1-7" rifling in the nitride bore, so the 10.3" A1 Retro barrel plays nicely with current-production ammo. Stejně jako všechny naše Brownells Retro A1 hlavně, model 10.3" je vyroben z tvrzené oceli 4150, poté podroben MPI inspekci pro detekci skrytých vad (abychom mohli stáhnout z dodavatelského řetězce PŘED opuštěním továrny) a opatřen tvrdým černým fosfátovým povrchem. Je vyvrtán pro moderní 5.56 NATO náboj, s rychlým 1-7" drážkováním v nitrovaném vývrtu, takže 10.3" A1 Retro hlaveň dobře spolupracuje s aktuálně vyráběnou municí.

Také je nainstalován gas block/front sight base (.625") s bajonetovým hákem, zaměřovacím bodem, detentem, pružinou, swivel pro popruh, Delta kroužkem, matice hlavně, svářecí pružinou, snap ringem a kulatým víčkem na rukojeť.
