A Two-Stage Trigger Unit Built for Colt Large-Pin Receivers
For owners of Colt large-pin lower receivers, finding aftermarket triggers that work with the design can be difficult. However, there are a large number of these receivers on the market, since Colt made the large-pin design from 1991 until 2009. CMC Triggers stepped up to provide a solution in the form of its AR-15 Two-Stage Large Pin Triggers. Each CMC Triggers AR-15 Two-Stage Large Pin Trigger can be ordered with either a curved or a flat trigger bow and is a completely drop-in design, requiring no fitting or modification on the part of the end user. However, it's important to note that these trigger units will not drop into any AR-15 that doesn't have 0.172-inch diameter trigger and hammer-pin holes, and Colt was the only manufacturer to produce receivers with this pin diameter. Each CMC Triggers AR-15 Single-Stage Large-Pin Trigger is assembled by hand at the company's facility, function-tested and ships with a set of anti-walk pins.
